The Montague County Commissioners Court will receive its 2013-14 financial report when it meets at 9 a.m. on April 27.
The outside audit will be presented by Michael Edgin of Edgin, Edgin, Fleming & Fleming, PC, as they examine the past fiscal year.
In other financial topics, the county treasurer will present monthly reports and the court will award a bid for a depository contract.
Two road vacate requests will be examined, one for a portion of Clay Street in the original townsite of Montague and the north end of Hughes Road in precinct three.
Other topics on Monday’s agenda will include: re-appointing Tracy Mesler to a four-year term on the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District board; change the May 25 meeting due to the Memorial Day holiday; and a request from Gladiator Energy Services for a temporary frac line on Tage and Alamo Roads.
