SAN ANGELO-Hazel Ruth Cozart, 83, passed from this earthly life July 11, 2015 in San Angelo, TX.

Hazel married her high school sweetheart Billy Wayne ‘Bugg’ Cozart on Nov. 21, 1947 in Bowie. They were married 53 years before his death in 2001.
Hazel cherished her family and looked forward to being with each and every one. During her lifetime she mastered many creative crafts adding her own special touch of artistry to each project, but she was most passionate about and well known for her extraordinary quilts. Each quilt was created from her heart; each one as unique and “one of a kind” as she was, so to have and cherish one of Hazel’s quilts is to have a part of her heart with you always.
