Gold-Burg School readies Celebration event

Gold-Burg High School theater arts department will be presenting its 11th annual musical celebration at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 in the Gold-Burg High School gym.

Students from pre-kindergarten to seniors will be performing in this annual event. One hundred and twenty-five students will be participating.

The production is entitled “Celebration’s Time Machine” and will be featuring favorite songs through the years that ranked at the top of the musical charts.

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $5 for the production and prior to the show at 5:30 p.m., there will be a chili and cornbread dinner in the Gold-Burg cafeteria.

Intermission will feature an outstanding auction with wonderful items. The celebration promises to be a fast-paced musical production for all ages.

All profits for the production go to the theatre arts department.

The production is directed by Gold-Burg’s Theatre Arts teacher Linda Fitzner.
