Bowie Junior High robotics students are headed to the state Texas Computer Education Association Robotics Intermediate Invention Competition on April 30.
The team leaves early Saturday morning for competition at Hutto High School. The intermediate level will begin with check in at noon, with the first round of judging to begin at 1:30 pm. The award ceremony will be at 5:30 p.m. in the gym.
The BJH Ocean Cleaners team advanced to the state competition after winning sweepstakes at area this past January. It was only the second time Bowie has entered competition.
