BOWIE – Lee Roy Case, 82, passed away May 12, 2016 in Wichita Falls, TX.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. May 14 prior to the service at The White Family Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. May 14 in the chapel of The White Family Funeral Home with Snip Allen officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
He was born April 8, 1934 to Homer Lee and Eva Mae (Wells) Case. Lee Roy grew up in Stoneburg.
On April 8, 1954 he married Elaine Luther in Waurika, OK. He owned and operated Case Backhoe Services in Bowie for 50 plus years until his retirement. He enjoyed his family and will be remembered with love and appreciation for his years as a devoted, husband, father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Eva Case; brothers, Virgil and Homer Jr. Case, and sisters, Linda Grimsley and Mildred Weatherford.
Lee Roy is survived by his wife, Elaine Case, Bowie; children, Ricky Lee Case and wife Becky, Stoneburg, Treva Hughes and husband Steve, Wichita Falls, and Tammy Reynolds and husband Chris Gresham, Stoneburg; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; sister, Evalena Gilmore, Wichita Falls; and his special friend Paul Wells, Montague.
Arrangements have been entrusted to The White Family Funeral Home of Bowie.

  1. We have been friends with Leroy & Elaine since we were children.
    Both of them are the nicest people I have ever met, and their love of family is something to envy. Leroy will be missed.
