Grand Jury issues 32 indictments

A total of 32 cases went before the Montague County Grand Jury in Monday’s April session with all the cases “true billed” or indicted.
District Attorney Casey Polhemus said of those 32 cases three are sealed awaiting the arrest of the suspects. The following persons received indictments.
A grand jury indictment is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
