Grand Jury reindicts Nocona woman in intoxication manslaughter deaths

Nine indictments were issued by the Montague County Grand Jury during its July session on Monday including the reindictment of a Nocona woman charged in connection with the intoxication manslaughter death of two people in October 2015.
District Attorney Casey Polhemus said Terri Donnell Sanders, 55, Nocona, was indicted Monday on one indictment with three counts: One for intoxication assault-with a vehicle and two for intoxication manslaughter.
The DA said the changed the language of the charges to allow the state to prove intoxication with more than just alcohol content and she plans to go forward with the case in the fall.
