Another year has rolled around and I find myself on year seven of this Parkinson’s journey. I would like to share with you information about support groups.

Well, Bowie, I couldn’t have been more mistaken. If you have any problems, not just PD, please seek out a support group for your needs. You will be pleasantly surprised, as I was.

Let me begin with my introduction to the groups that I am involved with. Read the full personal account of Jan’s journey with support groups in the weekend News.
