LOCAL: Crushing it for Creedyn

The “Crush it for Creedyn” softball tournament took place at Haggar Sports Complex on Saturday. The benefit tournament was for an 11-month-old boy named Creedyn McClelland, who contracted leukemia. Tournament organizers reported about $3,000 was raised. The Pink Socks won the event, with Texas One taking second and Roth third. There have been a series of benefits for the McClelland family as Creedyn battles the disease. The tournament took place at the Haggar Sports Complex, and was organized by Brooke Correll and others.
