Phase two of the Nocona Playground Project gets underway this week with the build days for the larger kids area at the new Chief Peta’s Playground.
The build will be April 3-7. Sarah Renfro, project coordinator, said they need everyone to pitch in whether it be hammering or helping serving lunch.

The project also in need of tool donations especially wheelbarrows, shovels and drill drivers. Renfro said each item is cataloged and returned.
Phase two includes climbing structures, swings, playhouses and a merry-go-round. Workers with every skill level are needed. Tot land was completed last summer.
