Nocona senior signs to play music at OCU

(Center) Charlie Hilton, senior at Nocona High School, signed last week to attend Oklahoma City University. He stands with Assistant Band Director Randy Brooks and Director Erin Hanson. Hilton is a three-year All-Stater and has received several superior ratings at UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest on tuba, piano and voice during his high school career. He has advanced to the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest all four years of high school and was named Outstanding Performer in 2021. This fall he will major in tuba performance at OCU.

Bowie Elementary students entertain with “Twas the Night Before Christmas” musical

BJH band rehearses holiday show
The Bowie Junior High band Christmas concert will be at 6 p.m. on Dec. 16 in the junior high auditorium. It will feature the sixth grade band, white, maroon and BJH choir.
Families are invited to attend as the Christmas season begins.

Elementary students plan Christmas event
The popular Christmas concert by the Bowie Elementary School kindergarten-second grade students will be at 5 p.m. on Dec. 11 in the high school gym.
The community is invited to attend this always entertaining show.
