Council meets Monday

The Bowie City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Oct. 26 in the council chambers facing a brief agenda of new business.
Several board appointments will be presented including two people to the Bowie Economic Development Corporation 4A Board and three to the 4B Board. The 2020 tax roll also will be reviewed.
The council will consider a resolution approving the recommendation of the selection review committee to award engineering services for the city’s 2020 Texas Department of Agriculture-State Urgent Need Fund application for assistance and project implementation.
City Manager Bert Cunningham will review the city office renovation at 307 N. Mason, COVID-19 and Coronavirus Relief Fund updates.
