Commissioners receive tax rate information, values
Montague County Commissioners received the certified property values Monday, but delayed further work on its budget as they finalize figures and wait for the county auditor to return from vacation.
County Tax Assesor Syd Nowell presented the certified values of $2,247,758,549, rolling railroad stock of $7,977,587, for a total of $2,255,736,136.
