Montague County Historical Commission issues new commemorative coin

Railroads of Montague County, a commemorative coin commissioned by the Montague County Historical Commission, MCHC, is available to see and purchase at the Old Jail Museum, Montague.

If you already own the Courthouse Centennial Coin, you can double the size of your collection on the spot! Several Courthouse Centennial Coins are still available for those who might succumb to collection “fever.”

Joel Hale, local artist and Montague County native, took time this week to take a look at the results of his design work and be presented one of the very handsome coins.
