Second Monday fees changed for the first time in 23 years
For the first time in 23 years, fees at Second Monday Trade Days have increased at various levels in the rental categories.
Tuesday night, the Bowie City Council approved the new fee schedule recommended by the parks board. The fees also were separated from the operations ordinance, which will allow changes to be made as a point of policy without going through amending or making a new ordinance.
