City of Nocona waiting for grant news
The City of Nocona won’t know for about two more months whether the Texas Community Block Development Grant it applied for on the Justin Building project will be accepted.
City council members were updated at its Tuesday night meeting. The city is seeking grant money for the Clay Street building, and the desire is to transform it into a community center.
Councilors were given updated architectural renderings from the Don Caperton Group of Dallas on the proposed future building during Tuesday’s council meeting. Read the full report on this meeting in your Saturday News.
