Water line, fire truck approved by Saint Jo City Council
Saint Jo’s city council approved a contractor for a water line project and gave thumbs up to the purchase of a new fire truck.
Those were the major outcomes of Wednesday’s meeting at city hall.
The council, by a unanimous 4-0 vote, accepted Hypo Works of Wichita Falls for the water line project which will run along Main Street.
City Secretary Sherri Davis said the city will be replacing “one of its oldest lines.”
