Multiple fatality wreck results in indictments

A 52-year-old Nocona woman has been arrested with two complaints of intoxication manslaughter and one for intoxication assault stemming from an Oct. 23 wreck that killed two men and seriously injured one other.
Terri Donn Sanders was jailed on Nov. 2 on those complaints and released the same day on $27,000 in bond.
The wreck occurred 2.4 miles west of Nocona on U.S. Highway 82 at 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 23.
According to the Department of Public Safety, Sanders was driving a 2008 Toyota Cruiser east on U.S. 82 when her vehicle crossed the stripe and collided head-on with a 1995 Dodge passenger vehicle driven by Brent Michael Winkler, 20, Iowa Park.
