HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS: Bowie dominates Conference 4A Gainesville

The Bowie High School varsity boys’ and girls’ tennis teams dominated a dual against Gainesville on Thursday at home.
The Rabbits played up a class against Conference 4A Gainesville, and played solid tennis throughout the session.
“The team did very well as a whole,” said first-year head coach Avery Tate.
Bowie will next play at the Graham Invitational in mid-February.
Bowie garnered all four girls’ singles matches with wins from Katelin Price, Stephanie Crawford, Jackie Rodriguez and Jasmine Hernandez. The girls surrendered only nine games total. Read more in the Feb. 6 Bowie News.
