What will your resolutions be for 2017?

Published

on

2017 is right around the corner and there is no better time than right now to make your New Year’s Resolutions.
Psychologists say you need to learn from the past and make improvements, instead of doing the same old things day after day and expecting different results.
Your goal for the new year should be to make small daily improvements that will make tomorrow better than it was yesterday.
The nation’s top-10 resolutions are to lose weight, eat healthy, exercise more, stop smoking, stick to a budget, save money, get more organized, be more patient, find a better job and to be an overall better person.
Tell us your New Year’s Resolutions on the Bowie News Facebook page.
