BOWIE NOTEBOOK: Lady Rabbit JV teams topple Henrietta

Ivy Dennis and Lauren Gill both scooped up four digs, had an ace serve and one kill as the Bowie High School junior varsity maroon volleyball team topped Henrietta 27-25, 25-20 on Tuesday.
Heather Skinner played well on the front row, putting up three solo ace blocks.
Kylie Robinson served up one ace and had two digs.
Cora Rolls played strong defense yet again with three digs, and she also had an assist.
Aubrey Gill contributed three digs, two ace blocks and one kill.
The team stands at 12-9, and played Friday evening at Boyd.
Bowie JV white beats up Henrietta
The Bowie High School junior varsity white squad had little trouble with Henrietta, winning at home by scores of 25-19, 25-14 on Tuesday night. Read more from this notebook in the weekend Bowie News.
