Handicap accessibility projects underway across three counties.
T-Zac Concrete, Minnesota, has begun construction on handicap accessibility sites along numerous state highways across Montague, Cooke and Clay Counties. Officials with the Texas Department of Transportation said this is a $3.1-million project that will bring the roads up to current specs and compliance. Work will be during the course of the next year, and they began in Bowie this past week.
