Bowie BMX hosting four day race event

Bowie BMX racing park is the site of four days of racing this weekend from June 9-12.
Racers from all over the state are expected to come in large numbers to compete.
The first day on June 9 will be single points racing. Sign-ups will be from 6-7 p.m.
The second day on June 10 will be a part of the Bob Warnicke Scholarship Race.
It will be single point format as well with sign-up openings being 6-7 p.m.
The third day on June 11 the races will be a part of the Race for Life Leukemia Fundraiser.
There also will be a pro-am double points format races as well. Sign-ups will be open from 12-2 p.m.
The fourth and final day on June 12 will be the biggest races of the event.
It will be official state qualifier races for all age groups.
Signups will be open from 9:30-11 a.m. Races will start at 11:45 a.m.
Spectator and parking is free for everyone to come watch some high quality BMX racing. The track is located at 801 S. Mills Street.
