BOWIE SPORTS ROUNDUP: All Rabbit JV squads record closing wins
The Bowie High School boys’ junior varsity teams both earned victories on Tuesday.
The JV Maroon squad had little trouble with City View, dispatching them 57-19, while the Jackrabbits’ JV White team earned its second victory of the season – beating Bellevue 54-38.
Cade Roth and Jake Rhyne both tossed in 10 points to pace the Maroon boys in the win.
Cody Byler netted 16 points and Hunter Kirkham 13 in Bowie White’s victory.
The Bowie junior varsity girls won 24-9 over City View, with Madison Hill tallying eight points for the Rabbits.
There was no freshman game as the girls’ subvarsity wrapped up the 2014-15 campaign.
