Montague County Commissioners will meet at 9 a.m. on April 13 for its first meeting of the month.

Miles Dabovich, district extension administrator, will present the annual report on the Montague County Extension Office.

The Montague County Tax Appraisal District staff will offer its annual financial report for approval.

Commissioners will consider an order exempting the purchase of an item subject to exemption from competitive bidding. Last month the court debated whether certain types and amounts of hauling or road building materials is exempt from bidding.

The annual racial profiling report from the 97th District Attorney’s office will presented.

Other items on Monday’s agenda include: Monthly report of the veteran’s service officer; proclamations of appreciation to the county historical commission; donation of a portable repeater from Self Radio; amended road crossing request on Hughes Road for Nustar Logistics; and consider replat of a pair of lots in Silver Lakes Ranch, precinct two.
