New Prairie Valley principal happy to be back on her home turf

By BARBARA GREEN
After 23 years as a coach and teacher in the Metroplex area, new Prairie Valley Principal Lisa Sadler says she is so happy to be back in a smaller school and she certainly doesn’t miss the “hustle and bustle” of the larger district.
While this will be Sadler’s first year as an administrator, she spent last year teaching science at the far northern Montague County school district. She may seem like a newbie, but this has been something of a welcome home for her.

Lisa is the daughter of the late Dan Hamric and Fay Hamric, both longtime educators in Montague County. She went to elementary school at Forestburg and remembers playing in the Prairie Valley gym. Read the full feature in your Saturday News.
