HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL: Forestburg girls vanquish Gold-Burg from contention

The Forestburg High School girls’ basketball team eliminated Gold-Burg from postseason contention with a 75-30 victory on Friday in District 1A-21 action.
MaKayla Mason played her best game of the season, recording a double-double consisting of 27 points and 11 rebounds.

The Nocona High School girls’ basketball team nearly doubled their point total in the fourth quarter, outscoring Henrietta 24-17 en route to this District 3A-9 victory.
