‘The 39 Steps’ advances in one-act contest

The Nocona High School 2016 University Interscholastic League One-Act Play production of “The 39 Steps” by Patrick Barlow won the West Zone District 9AAA competition at Holliday High School on March 7, and will advance to the district round this Saturday at North Central Texas College Fine Arts Auditorium in Gainesville.

Advancing along with Nocona are Holliday and City View with their productions of “Peer Gynt” and “The Picture of Dorian Gray.”

The cast will be in full dress rehearsal at 7:05 p.m. on March 10 in the high school auditorium.
