Developer to construct new AT&T office/store
Building plans have been approved by City of Bowie code officials for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot office building to be located at 406 E. Wise.
Code officer David Rainey said the plan was approved on March 16 and the permits issued. While the developer did not give a specific start time, Rainey said he expects they will begin any time.
The plans were submitted and permits issued to Lighthouse Property Development, which will construct an AT&T store. The company is based in Sugarland. BRPH prepared the architectural plans. Estimated construction value is $300,000 as the building will be a combination of metal, wood and brick accents.
Rainey said according to the plans the building will be located toward the front of the property with two parking spaces at the front and parking in the back.
