Gary Dean Willett

Bowie – Gary Dean Willett, 62, went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2023 in Shreveport, LA.
The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 11 at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie. A funeral service was at 2 p.m. on May 12 at Lighthouse Assembly in Bowie with Rex Hamilton as the officiant. Burial followed at Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie.
Gary was born on Feb. 8, 1961 in Bowie to Ronnie Kerr and Doris June (Whitson) Willett, He was the oldest of 12 children. He attended school in Bowie and was baptized as a young adult at Bible Baptist Church.
On Oct. 7, 1979 Gary married the love of his life, Darlene Rose Hennigan and together they worked and raised their six children to whom they were blessed. Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing and having big cookouts with family and friends. He really enjoyed his grandchildren and loved hearing them all call him papa.
Gary was a hard worker. He started working with his dad in the oilfield and ended in the oilfield with his present employer Patterson UTI. In between he worked for Darr, Pizza Inn and owned B&W Tire, but he always worked.
Gary was a good husband, great dad, brother, uncle and the best Papa ever. He never met a stranger and will be greatly missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie and Doris Willett and youngest brother, Artie Willett.
Gary is survived by his wife of 44 years, Darlene; children, Leroy Willett and wife Melanie, Daniel Willett and wife Kelli, Samuel Willett and wife Hanna, Matthew Willett, Conrad Willett and Lydia Cardoza and husband Edward; grandchildren, Katie, Kylie, KK, Kyler, Kegan, Karman, Zane, Asher, Ronan, Brookelyn, Brylie, Baylie, Bryson, Selah, Henson, Ava, Gary, Nicholas, Violet, Eden and one on the way; brothers, Anthony and wife Mary, Ronnie and wife Angela, David and wife Shelly and Ocie and wife Gandy; sisters, Tammie and husband Jimmy Reyes, Kim and husband Kyle Rater, Judy and husband Steven LaPorte, Sherry and husband Walter Moore, Julie and husband Monty Dawson and Rhonda and husband David Pierce; sister-in-law, Teresa Willett and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Glyn Ann Beck

BOWIE – Glyn Ann Beck, 79, died on March 9, 2025.
Beck was born on Sept. 5, 1945, in Saint Louis, MO to Les and Glyn Ann Frailey. She worked as a flight attendant for American Airlines.
She was married to Glenn Beck her husband and best friend. She was known for her love of horses, and raised a world champion quarter horse, Quick Going and was a certified show secretary for horse shows all over the United States. She was a loyal member of AQHA, NCHA Association, The Cowboy Church and the Montague County 4H chapter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Les and Glyn Frailey; and her brother; Bruce Frailey.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Beck, Bowie; son, Danny Beck, Bowie and her brother, Steve Frailey, Hawaii.

Sarah Blasingame

OKLAHOMA- Sarah Blasingame, 90, died on March 13, 2025 in Tulsa, OK.
A visitation was at 1 p.m. on March 22 at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service was at 2 p.m. on March 22 at Jerry Woods Chapel with Bryan Boothe officiating. Interment followed in Dye Mound Cemetery, Montague County Texas. Pallbearers were Scott Dixon, Clayton Fellows, Hunter Climer, Mark Means, Kash Means, Michael Blasingame and Scott Blasingame. Honorary pallbearers were Jim Blasingame and Kelly Hall.
She was born on Nov. 20, 1934 in Corinth, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Jay Blasingame; parents, Jack Akin, Luther and Ethel Wilkins; brother, Jeri Wilkins; son, Wayne Blasingame; daughters, Barbara Harell and Inez Crain; grandchildren, Christine, Charles and Travis; and great grandchildren, Randy, Taci and Kaylee.
She is survived by her sister, Shirley Chileski; children, Harold, Larry, Roy, Mike and Kay Blasingame; 24 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren and three great-great-great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Gloria Ann Stone

NOCONA – Gloria Ann Stone, 93, died on March 4, 2025 in Nocona.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. on March 29 at Nocona Hills Community Church with Pastor Paul Coronado officiating. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
She was born on July 23, 1931 in Oakland, CA to Robert and Laura Frace Van Cleave. Stone was a hard-worker all of her life, working as a dental assistant. She was a member of Nocona Hills Community Church, The Delphians and The ARC’s.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Henry “Hank” Starke, and brothers, Robert and Edward Van Cleave.
She is survived by her children, Laura Starke, Nocona and James H. Stone, Fort Meyers, FL; brother, Phillip Van Cleave, Midlothian, VA and grandson, Christian Johnson, Austin.
