Bowie ISD welcomes two new staffers to its management team

Bowie School District begins the 2014-15 school year with new managers in two top level positions.

Jonathan Pastusek comes to the district from the energy industry taking on the job of chief financial officer. He takes the post from Rhonda Russell, who served the district as CFO for nearly 22 years and retires when the transition period for Pastusek is complete.

Christie Walker comes to the district as its curriculum coordinator and director of federal programs, filling the position previously held by Rhonda Cavett, who left at the end of the school year to take another job
