Concrete poured, street to reopen Tuesday morning
Following the repair of an elusive water leak near the corner of Mill and Wise, the City of Bowie crews closed up a whole and then had a contractor pour concrete to where where the line was dug up. Stoney Lowrance, head of the street department, said he anticipated they will open Wise and Mill first thing on Tuesday, April 30.
Bowie emergency personnel have been working this one-vehicle semi-truck rollover on State Highway 59 in front of the precinct two barn. No details were available at this time. (Photo by Barbara Green)
