What: The 57th annual Whataburger Basketball Tournament
When: Monday through Wednesday, Dec. 29-31. See story for game times.
Where: Blue girls’ division games at Saginaw High School while the blue boys’ division plays at Chisholm Trail High School in North Fort Worth.
Ticket prices: $8 for a single-day pass, $20 for a three-day pass at a single venue, $25 for a three-day pass at Chisholm Trail and Saginaw venues and $35 for a three-day pass at all three venues, including Birdville. Senior citizen and student ticket prices will be discounted.
Blue boys’ division teams: Abilene Wylie, Argyle, Bowie, Burkburnett, Fort Worth Christian, Grapevine Faith, Kennedale, Liberty Christian, Martin’s Mill, Mexia, Muenster, Peaster, Ponder, Sanger, Silsbee and Wall.
Blue girls’ division teams: Okemah, Okla., Abilene Wylie, Bowie, Cisco, Crandall, Dallas Christian, Decatur, Tuscola Jim Ned, Kennedale, Waco La Vega, Liberty Christian, Life Oak Cliff, Martin’s Mill, Seminole and Wall.
