City of Bowie continues land negotiations – use still unclear
There remains no clear indication whether it is a sale, a purchase or a trade, but the City of Bowie continues negotiating over property that could possibly be the site for a new municipal annex.
Following an executive session Tuesday night, the council approved two separate motions for land negotiations: One that continues for property already in contract and one that continues negotiations on purchase, exchange, leave or value.
