Meeting set Wednesday to form possible fishing team
There will be an informational meeting for high school students interested in joining at proposed bass fishing team at Bowie High School.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on June 11, at Bowie High School in the cafeteria.
Jeff Lobaugh, Texas High School Bass Association director of recruiting and new team development, will make a special presentation.
The THSBA has regular meets throughout the school year as well as a year-ending state tournament.
Teams participating or forming teams in the area include: Sanger, Gainesville, Prosper and Lake Dallas.
