Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade celebrates its 23rd year
Main Street Bowie’s Annual Fantasy of Lights Christmas Festival celebrates its 23rd outing on Dec. 6 with lots of fun activities for the entire family.
Holiday fun begins at 11 a.m. with Santa’s House. Main Street Bowie and local businesses invite children to have a free photograph with Santa Claus. Santa’s House will be at Edwards Collision Center, 112 E. Wise Street from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The main attraction of the Fantasy of Lights weekend is the lighted Christmas parade on Saturday night beginning at 7 p.m. Pre-parade activities start at 5:30 p.m. Read the full schedule in the Wednesday Bowie News. Montague County Grand Jury issues November indicted cases
The following indictments were filed with the 97th District Clerk following the November session of the Montague County Grand Jury.
There were a total of 13 indictments with one sealed awaiting the arrest of a suspect.
A grand jury indictment is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
