Criminal, civil dockets cancelled in 97th district
Due to increased COVID-19 positive test results in Montague, Archer and Clay Counties, 97th District Judge Jack McGaughey has cancelled in-person court appearances for October.
The Oct. 21 and Oct. 27 civil dockets in Montague County have been cancelled, along with the Oct. 26 criminal docket. Zoom hearings already set for October will be heard as scheduled.
The Oct. 19-20 dockets in Clay County also are cancelled.
