Bowie City Council meets Tuesday

The Bowie City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Oct. 17 for a brief agenda of business.
There are three topics of new business on the agenda: Approve the 2017 tax roll, consider a non-exclusive broadband lease agreement between the city and Comcell, Inc. and an ordinance amending the budget.
The budget amendments relate to changes in insurance coverage, additional outside auditor costs and grant administration fees.
The monthly reports from department heads will be offered, along with the city manager’s report and the consent agenda with minutes and write-offs.
