Grand Jury re-indicts two men

The Montague County Grand Jury returned 25 indictments included two “re-indictments” during this week’s session.
District Attorney Casey Polhemus said cases against Max Hahn IV and Keith Allen Pate were each re-indicted further clarifying the charges against them.
The 52-year-old Hahn of Bowie was tried in February, but the trial came out with a “hung jury” with seven voting guilty and two not guilty.
The new indictment related to the same case from February lists four counts: Aggravated sexual assault of a child, two counts; indecency with a child exposing himself and indecency with a child sexual contact.
