The Red River Valley Tourism Association would like to invite you to this year’s regional event of the season – the U.S. Hwy. 82/287 Yard Sale.
In the Red River Valley area, on June 7 and June 8 will be yard sales, garage sales, sidewalk sales, farmer’s markets and flea markets located in or near participating communities covering more than 350 miles of the Highway 82 and Highway 287 corridors and beyond.
Participating towns will have highway sale information and maps available guiding shoppers to the special sales throughout their communities. Do not set-up along the highway unless it is an owner of a private residence or business.
There is fun for the entire family. Make plans now to travel through the Red River Valley region for the U.S. Hwy. 82/287 Yard Sale. You’ll discover fun as well as interesting places from heritage homes to historic downtowns, from art to antiques, from cattle trails to cultural places. Check out museums, wineries, music venues, eateries, and more along the way.
For a list of participating US Hwy 82/287 Yard Sale communities and locations where local maps and information can be picked up, check the group’s websiteredrivervalley.info, its Facebook page Red River Valley Tourism or Facebook group Hwy82/287 Yard Sale. Feel free to post your sales, maps, or pictures on these pages.
