Fishing, golf open Jim Bowie Days 2024
Jim Bowie Days week begins on Saturday with contests in fishing at Lake Amon G. Carter and golf at Top of Lake Country Club.
Fishing registration starts at 5 a.m. at the Selma Park boat ramp with first cast at 6 a.m.
Entry fee is $100 per team with an 80/20 split. Optional big bass $10 with a 100% payout. Fishermen must be in line by 2 p.m. to qualify for weigh-in.
The two-man scramble tees off at 8 a.m. Cost is $100 for team and a meal is included. To register call Seth Johnson, 940-531-1489.
