Main Street Bowie ready to get spooky

Plans are currently underway for the Third Annual Main Street Trunk and Treat on Oct. 31

During the All Hallow’s Eve, haunted Smythe Street in downtown Bowie will be lined with decorated vehicle trunks containing delicious candies for all those little monsters, superheroes, princesses and other costumed kids. They are able to visit these spooky and creative trunks for free.

Don’t miss the “Walking Dead Cake Walk” at 6 p.m. on Tarrant Street by the parking garage. Just $1 per walk.

Trunk and Treat begins at 6 p.m. and will last until 7 p.m. A costume contest for all ages will take place at 6:30 p.m. See more details in the mid-week News.
