Nocona Indians take opening night win over Alvord

Hunter Fenoglio had catches for two touchdowns during the opening night 42-0 win over the Alvord Bulldogs on Sept. 1.
Fenoglio also added extra points to the scoreboard as the team’s kicker, while Luis Rico led the defense with 16 tackles.
“Luis Rico played really well,” said Head Football Coach Brad Keck. “He led us in tackles and did a really good job playing a new position.”
Meanwhile, Charles Evans had three of the total blocked punts.
