RODEO: Rostockyj rides bull for 81 score
The Brehmer Rodeo took place on Friday and Saturday at Jim Bowie Days Arena here in Bowie.
The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Women’s Professional Rodeo Association sanctioned the event.
Many of these rodeo contestants will compete in the Ram PRCA Prairie Circuit Rodeo at 7:30 p.m. from Oct. 16-18 at the Stephens County Arena in Duncan, Ok. See results in the mid-week edition of The Bowie News.
On Friday and Saturday at the Jim Bowie Days Rodeo Arena here in Bowie, the Brehmer Rodeo took place. Here are a couple of scenes from Saturday’s event. Brehmer Rodeo is a stock company based in nearby Henrietta. The card featured tie-down roping, steer wrestling, saddle bronc and bareback riding, bull riding and barrel racing.
