Montague County volleyball teams fall Friday night

The Nocona Lady Indians took the highest-ranked District 8-3A team in the Texas Girl’s Coaching Association poll to four sets before falling by 22-25, 25-18, 25-27 and 25-27 to Henrietta.
Despite the loss, the Lady Indians provided a much stronger showing against the Lady Bearcats in the second round of district competition. The first round, Nocona also loss by four sets, but didn’t put up nearly as many points against Henrietta as they did on Friday night.
