4P’s horses win big at national show

Published

The Missouri Fox Trotters of Harry Patterson’s 4P’s Ranch in Wichita Falls have done it again.

At the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association’s 2015 fall show and celebration, the world’s most prestigious show for Missouri Fox Trotting Horses, Patterson’s two entries captured one first-place win, two reserve wins and a third-place win in Versatility classes. Neither horse had ever competed in cattle events before.

4P’s Ranch trainer Mickey Gee rode King’s Total Eclipse to win the open ranch horse roping class. Right behind Gee in the scoring for this class was another 4P’s trainer, Jeff Peck riding Amazing Sunrise. He took the reserve win.
