UIL names Spalding official ball provider
The University Interscholastic League has named Spalding as the official ball provider beginning with the 2017-18 academic calendar year.
The UIL reported this will be a multi-year partnership between Texas’ public school athletics sanctioning body and the sporting goods manufacturer.
Spalding will provide athletic balls for all UIL state and regional tournaments.
“We are excited to partner with Spalding and bring high-quality products with a proven history of excellence to the athletes of Texas,” said UIL Executive Director Dr. Charles Breithaupt.
