Lady Rabbits beat Childress

It had been a good start to district for the Bowie Lady Rabbits as they easily beat Childress at home on Tuesday to start off district 2-0.
Bowie was able to win in straight sets by mostly comfortable margins. The first set was the closest, but the Lady Rabbits were able to pull away at the end to win 25-20. The next two sets saw Bowie win comfortably 25-13 and 25-15.
Mackenzie Gresham led the team with 10 kills, Abby Zamzow led the team with 20 assists, Taygon Jones and Maddie Baker each had 13 digs to lead the team while Hope Howard had five blocks. Coach Breanna Jones thought her players played good, but could have been better.
