Jeff was born on July 23, 1969 in Saint Jo. He attended school in Bowie where he made life-long friendships. Jeff was one of those people that everyone knew. He never met a stranger. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Rae Richardson; their children, Haley Marie Richardson and Andrew Parker Richardson; mother and step-father, Judy and Hank Harrell; step-daughters, Heather Johnston and Brittaney Boyd; sisters, Dru Eileen Henry and Cami Elaine Bastrop and their families; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
Jeff knew a little something about everything. He was a good man, but a hard man. He loved hard and played harder. He will be greatly missed.
