Montague County Commissioner’s Court will meet at 9 a.m. with several property plats and election orders on the agenda.
The joint primary runoff election order and notice of election will be presented for the May 28 state party primary runoffs. Early voting for that runs May 20-24.
The preliminary plat for Stone Bridge Subdivision lots 1-89 and two common areas of 243.55 acres in precinct two will be presented, along with a replat in the Thirteen Subdivision in precinct four.
Precinct two will seek approval to accept dirt from the Allsup’s construction site and 600 tons of dirt to HJC Farms, a sub-contractor of the highway department.
A request naming a private road off John Roth Road to Maverick Road in precinct two also will be reviewed, along with a user agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Sealed bids will be opened for a 2024 F-250 4X4 crew cab super duty pickup/160.
